Requirements
- Previous experience in construction aggregates and/or asphalt is required
- A basic knowledge of the asphalt or construction industry is preferred
- Must be willing to work overtime and extended hours depending on customer and company demands
- Ability to effectively communicate with team members, leadership, dispatchers and customers
- Ability to learn and use computer systems to create a product within quality standards and produce reports
