Plant Supervisor

Promote safety, organize and plan production, manage employee relations, monitor processes and materials, maintain compliance, inspect equipment and perform repairs, and build a strong safety culture at a plant.

Requirements

• Previous experience in supervising production employees
• Leadership and management skills
• Operational knowledge of rock and sand mining, ready-mix concrete, and/or asphalt operations and equipment
• Interpersonal skills and ability to form strong social relationships
• Financial knowledge and experience leading financial performance to established targets
• Ability to work outside in all types of weather conditions and tolerate loud noises
