HR Driver

At Vulcan, we are looking for an HR Driver to join our team. As a diverse and inclusive workplace, we value being part of the community and believe that everyone is an individual with their own experiences and perspectives. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 2 years of HR experience, synchromesh gearbox experience, and excellent customer service skills.

Requirements

• Delivering orders on a multi drop run
• Assessing the safety and suitability of a load before leaving site
• Ensuring load is restrained correctly before leaving base and every stop after that
• Identifying incorrect/non confirming items loaded
• Providing excellent customer service to our customers
• Experience with securing loads with straps and chains to meet current load restraint regulations
• Previous steel industry experience (desired but not essential)
• Completion of a pre-employment medical and drug screen
