Job Description
Vuori is seeking a Retail Training Manager to lead the strategic planning, adaptation, delivery, and evaluation of training programs for retail teams in China. The role will oversee NSO onboarding training, design styling training activities, and collaborate with the Merchandising team.
Requirements
- Bachelors degree or equivalent experience
- 5+ years of retail training / field coaching / store leadership enablement experience in the Global retail
- Fluent in Mandarin, working proficiency in spoken and written English
- Experience in employee coaching and development
