Retail Floor Lead

The Retail Floor Lead at Vuori is responsible for leading the retail sales team, creating an unforgettable customer experience, and maintaining the store's standards. They supervise the retail floor, take initiative, and delegate work. The role involves leading the team on day-to-day operations, motivating the sales team, and achieving sales goals.

Requirements

• Available morning and/or evening, work 8 hour shifts, 5 days/week, available at least 1 weekend day.
• Must be a leader in punctuality and attendance, adhering to scheduled shifts.
• Ability to develop relationships with customers and colleagues.
• Customer service expertise, creates experiences and develops relationships with customers.
• Ability to prioritize multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
• Ability to quickly learn new procedures and processes.
• Strong organizational skills and follow through skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
