Job Description
Vuori is seeking a Sr. Director, Data Science & AI to lead the development and implementation of enterprise-wide AI and data science strategy, driving business growth and transformation.
Requirements
- 15+ years of progressive experience in data science, machine learning, or advanced analytics
- 5+ years in senior leadership roles managing multi-disciplinary teams
- Deep expertise applying AI/ML to consumer behavior, personalization, lifecycle marketing, and demand intelligence in a B2C, retail, or DTC environment
- Strong executive communication skills
- Hands-on technical depth in Python, SQL, and modern ML frameworks
- Experience with cloud-native ML infrastructure and modern MLOps tooling
- Master’s or PhD in a quantitative discipline
