Job Description
We are looking for an IT Support Engineer to join our IT Operations team. The ideal candidate will have experience with Windows, Teams, Exchange Online, SharePoint Online, and other Office 365 services. They will be the first point of contact for IT questions and will work to ensure that all colleagues can work optimally with IT tools.
Requirements
- MBO 4 degree in IT Management or comparable work and thinking level
- Knowledge of ITIL processes and experience with ITSM tooling
- Experience with workplace management, including Windows 10 or higher, Office 365, Active Directory / Azure AD, Intune, SCCM and other deployment tools
