Front Desk Coordinator (Northeast Philadelphia)

Join our team at vybe urgent care as a Front Desk Coordinator! We're looking for someone with strong customer service skills and healthcare experience. You'll work in a fast-paced environment, greeting patients and visitors, answering inbound calls, and assisting with EMR (Athena).

Requirements

• 6+ months' experience in a healthcare setting
• Strong phone skills, including active listening while researching the patient's account
• Familiarity with healthcare practices
• Excellent communication skills
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
• A minimum of a high school diploma or GED is required
• Ability to work 12-hour and 9-hour shifts in order to meet full-time requirements
