Relationship Specialist I

Relationship Specialist I role involves providing member experiences, identifying member cues, and growing consumer and business relationships. Responsibilities include handling personal and business account transactions, cross-selling credit union solutions, and explaining credit and savings options. The ideal candidate will possess excellent verbal and written communication skills, strong critical thinking and decision-making abilities, and a high degree of integrity and trustworthiness.

Requirements

• High School Diploma/GED is required
• Associate's degree is preferred
• Previous experience in sales and/or customer service, community service, military service, asking questions, offering recommendations, and making referrals is preferred
• Proficient in the use of the Internet and Microsoft Office
