Broadband Fulfillment/Installer Technician

Install, upgrade, and repair internet, TV, and phone services for residential and commercial customers. Troubleshoot service issues and educate customers on using their new services.

Requirements

• Great customer service and communication skills
• Ability to work at heights, in attics, crawl spaces, and outdoors in various weather
• Problem-solving mindset and willingness to learn new technology
• Valid driver's license and clean driving record
• High school diploma or equivalent (tech or customer service experience is a plus)
