Job Description: Sales Coordinator to manage order process from customer acceptance through invoice processing completion, work with internal stakeholders and external partners, assist licensing business, and coordinate business activities. This role fosters strong relationships with business segment team members.
Requirements
- Prepare interco PO for customers’ orders
- Handle customers’ inquiries on orders and shipment related matter
- Prepare Proforma invoices for customers
- Process customers’ sample orders and follow-up on delivery schedule
- Follow up on customers’ payment including orders’ prepayment
- Arrange rebate and commission accrual and coordinate payment
- Filing customers complaints on orders related issues in Complaints database
- Assist on weekly and monthly sales forecasting
- Assist sales manager to manager customer CDA process.
- Assist Licensing business to manage the technical documentations preparation, print and shipment.
