Job Description
Under the direct supervision of a Project Manager, coordinates all assigned construction project activities and supervises all field personnel, including in-house labor and subcontractors, as required to successfully complete the project on schedule and within budget.
Requirements
- Gathering and tracking project submittal as laid out by Project Manager.
- Maintenance of drawing log in Procore for entire project team.
- Data entry of site developed RFIs and maintenance of RFI Log in Procore.
- Assist with procurement of materials.
- Maintenance of cost codes in COINs.
- Assist in schedule development and maintenance.
