W5 Solutions is seeking an HR Business Partner to support managers in the business area Integration. The role will involve providing strategic and operational support in HR and employee-related matters, with a focus on business value, compliance, and employee engagement.
Requirements
- Degree in HR or equivalent professional experience
- Several years of experience in a qualified HR role, preferably as an HR Business Partner
- Knowledge of Swedish labour law, collective agreements, and union collaboration
- Experience supporting managers in change processes and complex employee matters
- Good understanding of salary structures, pay reviews, pay equity, and the EU Pay Transparency Directive
- Recruitment experience
- Fluency in both Swedish and English, in both spoken and written forms
- Swedish citizenship
