Job Description
Robots need sight to understand the world around them. The Onboard Sensors Team is growing to support sensor integration, fielding, ruggedization, and productionization of sensor systems to allow Waabi Driver to navigate roadways. They work with live vehicles and are seeking an experienced Software Engineer to contribute to the most reliable AV platform.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in sensor systems (cameras, lidar, radar, GPS, IMU)
- Expert C/C++ or Rust skills
- Experience leading engineering effort
- Familiarity with Linux systems
- Passion for self-driving technologies
- Basic electronics knowledge
- Ability to read schematics and use test equipment
