Job Description
Waabi is an AI company building self-driving technology and seeking a Senior / Staff Software Engineer to lead technical and architecture discussions, mentor engineers, and build interactive web tools. The role focuses on improving Waabi's services and expanding its portfolio. The company is backed by investors and has a growing team and office in Toronto and San Francisco.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or related field.
- 5+ years of experience developing production-quality software.
- Experience with modern web technologies/libraries (TypeScript, React, or similar).
- Experience with backend technologies and languages (Go, Python, Rust, C++).
- Experience with cloud infrastructure (AWS or GCP).
- Ability to learn new technologies quickly.
- Open-minded and collaborative team player.
