Waad Education is looking for a Talent Acquisition & OD Specialist to join their HR team and support their growing talent needs. The ideal candidate will play a critical role in attracting, assessing, and hiring top talent to support their educational mission.
Requirements
- Manage the full recruitment cycle from job posting, screening, interviewing, to onboarding
- Proactively source candidates through job boards, social media, referrals, and other talent channels
- Conduct initial interviews and coordinate with hiring managers
- Ensure a smooth and positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process
- Maintain accurate recruitment records and prepare reports to track hiring metrics and process effectiveness
- Prepare and update job descriptions in coordination with different departments
- Contribute to reviewing and improving the organizational structure based on business needs
- Support performance management processes and ensure completion of evaluations linked to training and development
- Support the development and updating of HR policies and procedures
- Analyze training needs, develop training plans, and follow up on implementation
