Information Technology - Classroom and Event Support Specialist

Wagner College is seeking a Classroom and Event Support Specialist to join the Information Technology Department. The successful candidate will be responsible for supporting the college's audio/visual needs, including setting up projectors, screens, speakers, cameras, and streaming equipment. They will also assist with daily Help Desk operations and provide excellent customer service to students, faculty, staff, and other constituents.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience
• 2+ years audio visual experience, including but not limited to Higher Education
• Crestron Control experience preferred
• Customer support experience in an A/V
