Nigeria Country Head

Wahed is seeking an experienced Country Head to spearhead our entry and lead the growth of our operations in Nigeria. The ideal candidate will be instrumental in developing and executing a strategic plan to bring our services to the Nigerian market, establish our presence, and grow our customer base.

Requirements

• Develop and execute a strategic plan for Nigeria, with a key initial focus on successfully launching Wahed's operations in the country.
• Drive growth by increasing market share, expanding our customer base in Nigeria, and identifying new revenue streams relevant to the Nigerian market.
• Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders in Nigeria, including regulators, potential partners, and industry experts, to facilitate the launch and ongoing operations.
• Manage a team of professionals as the Nigerian operations develop, providing leadership, guidance, and support to achieve business goals in the country.
• Ensure compliance with Nigerian regulatory requirements and company policies.
