The Payroll Supervisor is responsible for ensuring the accurate, timely, and correct processing of payroll and garnishment for more than 8,500 employees across the United States and its four territories.
Requirements
- Monitors compliance with generally accepted accounting principles and company procedures.
- Reviews, investigates, and corrects errors and inconsistencies in financial entries, documents, and reports.
- Compiles payroll data such as garnishments, vacation time, 401(k) deductions, hours worked, union dues, taxes, insurance, other employee benefits, and employee identification number, from timekeeping and other records.
- Supervise, train, and support payroll staff including workload management, coaching, and performance oversight.
