Job Description
As a Senior Associate, you will serve as the engagement lead on client accounts, develop engagement work plans, and provide coaching and feedback to staff associates.
Requirements
- Skillfully and accurately perform financial and compliance audits
- Prepare and reviewing audit work papers and adjusting trial balances
- Analyze and compiling financial statements into a written report
- Continuously foster relationships with coworkers and clients
- 4 year Bachelor's degree in Accounting or a related business field
- 2-5 years of experience with a public accounting firm
- Master's degree preferred
- Licensed CPA or CPA candidate preferred
- Understand and apply Excel skills
- Demonstrate exceptional verbal and written communication skills
- Work effectively and personably with clients and coworkers
