Digital Campagne & Performance Specialist (Leisure e-Commerce)

We are looking for a Digital Campaign and Performance Specialist to design and implement campaign and performance strategies for Walibi Holland, optimizing visitor experience and ticket sales.

Requirements

• A HBO/WO work and thinking level, with a completed education in (digital) marketing, communication, or comparable.
• At least 3-5 years of demonstrable experience with performance marketing, SEA, social advertising, and display campaigns.
• Knowledge of and experience with Analytics (preferably with Piano), marketing automation systems (such as Eloqua), and A/B testing tools (such as Kameleoon).
• Hands-on experience with advertising platforms such as Google Ads-, Meta Business Manager, TikTok, Snapchat, and display/programmatic platforms, and frameworks such as See-Think-Do-.
• Familiarity with Adobe Creative Cloud (Photoshop, InDesign, Illustrator) to make small adjustments to visuals and banners.
• A feeling for budgets, ROI, and optimization. You are strong in data analysis and can turn insights into concrete actions.
• You are proactive, hands-on, communicatively strong, and know how to involve and challenge external agencies and internal stakeholders (marketing, sales, design) at the right time.
