Asset Management Operations Analyst

Walker & Dunlop is seeking an Asset Management Operations Analyst to support the GSE Asset Management team. The analyst will assist with inspection scheduling, coordinate property inspections, and review annual property inspections. The ideal candidate will have a strong business sense, excellent organizational skills, and excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in economics, business, finance, or a related field or equivalent experience
• Previous work experience in a corporate setting, working on special projects requiring analytical, administrative, technical, and interpersonal skills
• Knowledge, Skills and Abilities: Strong business sense, excellent organizational skills, attention to detail, judgment, flexibility, and dependability
