We are looking for a Digital Infrastructure Advisory Associate Director to join our team in New York, NY. The role involves preparing and delivering pitch materials, financial modeling, and market research for data center and digital infrastructure transactions. The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related discipline and 3+ years of experience in accounting, advisory, investment banking, lending, or principal investing.
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Real Estate or related discipline or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
- 3+ years of experience in accounting, advisory, investment banking, lending, or principal investing.
- Excellent financial modeling skills including thorough knowledge of Excel, and ARGUS a plus.
- Proficiency in MS Outlook, Word, PowerPoint, and Excel, ability to learn Salesforce and other company software as needed.
- Self-motivated, team oriented, and strong time management skills to prioritize tight deadlines.
- Strong research, analytical, and problem-solving skills. Ability to analyze qualitative and quantitative information.
- Ability to be proactive, anticipate demands and accomplish tasks with minimal direction and oversight.
- Exceptional organizational, interpersonal, quantitative, writing and communication skills; able to interface with clients including top-level executives.
- Strong writing skills with ability to communicate analytical and marketing data effectively.
