Loan Analyst

We are Walker & Dunlop, a leading provider of capital to the commercial real estate industry. We are seeking a Loan Analyst to join our Servicing team, where you will be responsible for reviewing loan documents, communicating with borrowers, and managing tax and insurance to ensure compliance with loan documents.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in finance, business, economics or similar field OR 3 plus years of relevant experience and/or training, or equivalent combination of education and experience
• Familiarity with finance structures and requirements related to Freddie Mac, Fannie Mae and FHA markets a major plus
• Ability to work as a part of a team, while providing a strong individual contribution
• Excellent attention to detail, judgment, flexibility and dependability
• Excellent communication skills, written and oral, through all levels of the organization as well as interpersonal and customer service skills
