Senior Analyst, Multifamily Sales

We are seeking a Senior Analyst to support the Walker & Dunlop Investment Sales team with financial modeling of multifamily assets and producing institutional quality marketing materials. The ideal candidate will have strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and an interest in quantitative skills.

Requirements

• Financial analysis of multifamily opportunities
• Research, writing, and proofing of marketing offering memorandums and Broker Opinion of Values
• Research and maintenance of databases
• Development and maintenance of market knowledge
• Creation and editing of'state of the market' presentations
• Transaction coordination and due diligence coordination
• Maintenance of files and completion of mandatory disclosures
• Monitoring and assessment of sales progress
• Preliminary audits of files for management review
