Concierge/Receptionist

We seek a Concierge/Receptionist to manage front desk phones and interact with clients and customers via phone and in person. Part-time position, 3:15 to 8:30 pm every other Saturday and Sunday. Must have high level of professionalism, excellent customer service skills, and ability to work effectively in a team.

Requirements

• High School diploma or equivalent
• One year of experience in a receptionist/customer service-related position
• Basic computer skills
• Ability to live Walker Methodist's Customer Service Principles
• Ability to model Walker Methodist's Values: Respect, Imagination, Collaboration
