Resident Assistant/CNA/NAR, Assisted Living, Care Suites and Memory Care

Walker Methodist Care Suites seeks Resident Assistants to deliver hands-on personal care to meet each resident’s physical health and hygiene needs. The Resident Assistant will also perform specialized procedures including medication administration and wound care.

Requirements

• Current MN Nursing Assistant certification preferred
• Available to work every other weekend
• One year nursing assistant care experience in a long-term care or assisted living environment
• Previous experience in medication administration
• Basic computer skills with experience or ability to learn electronic health record systems
• High-school diploma or equivalent
• Sensitivity to resident needs and the ability to build positive relationships
• Ability to live Walker Methodist's Customer Service Principles
• Ability to model Walker Methodist's Values: Respect. Imagination. Collaboration
