IT Coordinator

Walker Warner is an award-winning San Francisco firm seeking an IT Coordinator to maintain and roll out IT hardware + software systems for the firm. The IT Coordinator will support the IT Manager in developing and executing the strategic plan for firm-wide technology systems and infrastructure.

Requirements

• 3+ years experience administering IT systems required, in a design-related field preferred
• Bachelor’s Degree in Information Technology or a related field preferred
• Deep knowledge of Windows and macOS, Windows Server administration, networking concepts (TCP/IP, DNS, etc), hardware + software troubleshooting
• Basic knowledge of productivity apps (Google Workspace, Slack, MS Office, Adobe Creative Cloud Suite, etc.)
• Excellent communication skills and an ability to clearly, warmly, and proactively ensure users feel heard, respected, and guided at every step.
