Job Description
WalkMe is seeking a Senior Legal Counsel to lead complex transactions and provide strategic legal advice grounded in a deep understanding of WalkMe's technology and products. The ideal candidate has a strong background in technology transactions, intellectual property licensing, and SaaS agreements.
Requirements
- A minimum of 7 years of relevant commercial legal experience
- Excellent negotiation, analytical, and communication skills
