Job Description
As a Real Estate Instructor at Wall Street Prep, you will have the opportunity to teach, mentor, and inspire future leaders in real estate finance. You will deliver in-person and virtual training seminars for clients and collaborate with WSP to enhance and develop training materials.
Requirements
- At least 3+ years of experience in real estate-focused roles at an investment bank, private equity firm, or other investment firm.
- Experience working with Real Estate Investment Trusts (REITs) is a plus.
- MBA from a top business school preferred but not required.
- Strong accounting, financial modeling, Excel, and PowerPoint skills.
- In-depth knowledge of real estate finance and analysis.
- Genuine passion for teaching and mentoring students.
