Job Description
Wallace Montgomery is searching for a Survey Technician to join our Surveys and Mapping department in our Hunt Valley, MD office. Survey technicians must have a solid understanding of the fundamentals of land surveying and land surveying technology.
Requirements
- Evaluating Information to Determine Compliance with Standards
- Processing data collection from multiple sources into a finished product
- Familiarity with GNSS applications and processing
- Process horizontal and vertical survey control
- Preparation of ALTA/NSPS Land Title Surveys, Acquisition plats, subdivision plats, legal descriptions, and exhibit plats
- Performing day-to-day administrative tasks such as maintaining information files and processing paperwork
- Maintain records, reports, and files
- Coordinate with field crews and other office staff on routine basis
