Legal Intern

Join the Bertoldi Group as a Legal Intern and work at the intersection of corporate law, financial technology, and real estate. As a member of the legal team, you will be involved in a wide range of activities including regulatory compliance, documentary management, and contract drafting.

Requirements

• Support in drafting and updating internal procedures and company policies
• Analysis of documentation related to real estate projects and support during the due diligence phase
• Collaboration in drafting commercial contracts, non-disclosure agreements (NDA) and letters of intent
• Support in monitoring and managing creditor positions
• Research and in-depth analysis of existing regulations regarding service providers and financial markets
• Support in managing corporate obligations and social organs' minutes
