We are looking for a leadership position in financial and accounting at WALLRAM Hartstoff‐ and Werkzeugtechnik GmbH in Herborn. The role involves leadership of the financial and accounting department, monitoring and ensuring ongoing accounting, and creation of annual statements. We offer flexible working hours, partial home office, and 6 weeks of vacation.

Requirements

• Leadership of the financial and accounting department with personnel responsibility for two employees
• Monitoring and ensuring ongoing accounting and monthly statements
• Creation of annual statements, including coordination with tax advisors and auditors
• Monitoring and interpretation of KPIs in cooperation with management
• Monitoring of cash flow and creation of forecasts
• Creation of or participation in investment plans
• Maintenance and processing of cost accounting
• Management of intercompany loans
• Interface to banks, financial administration, and tax advisors
• Accompaniment of operational audits
• Cash transactions, support for ongoing accounting
• Process optimization (digitization) & special projects
