(USA) Technician, General Facilities Maintenance

Walmart is looking for a General Facilities Maintenance Technician to join their local team. The role involves executing routine maintenance tasks to uphold the safety, functionality, and aesthetics of Walmart Stores, equipment, or fixtures. The ideal candidate will have experience in a related trade, such as plumbing, electrical, or material handling equipment, and be able to lift up to 50 lbs. and work at heights frequently.

Requirements

• 18 years or older
• High School Diploma or equivalent
• Vocational or Technical certification and 1 year experience, or 2 years total work experience, in one of the following trades: plumbing, electrical, material handling equipment, or related trade
• Can lift up to 50 lbs. at a time
• Can move up and down ladders frequently
• Comfortable working at heights frequently
• Ability to sit or stand for long periods of time
• Able to work in various temperatures
• Hold a valid state-issued driver's license with a clean driving record and ability to pass a Motor Vehicle Record (MVR) report
