The Area Manager - Quality Assurance/Systems will be responsible for implementing the business plan for their area of responsibility, communicating goals, and managing staffing and scheduling. They will also monitor and manage productivity, maintain quality and safety standards, and identify associate, customer, and supplier concerns.
The Area Manager will supervise and develop associates and leaders, manage the execution of QA guidelines and procedures, and manage systems hardware and software maintenance and installation. They will also troubleshoot systems applications and work collaboratively with the Information Systems Division and vendors.
The ideal candidate will have strong leadership skills, be able to build high-performing teams, and have a strong understanding of logistics and quality assurance principles. They will also be able to communicate effectively, work collaboratively, and make decisions based on data insights and analysis.
