Job Description
We are seeking a Facilities Maintenance Technician with a "master-of-all-trades" skillset to preserve the pristine condition of our premier wedding venues in North Austin.
Requirements
- 5+ years of Commercial Building maintenance
- Experience in hospitality, high-end retail, restaurant, or luxury residential
- Mastery of carpentry, masonry, painting, and general building repairs
- Experience maintaining decorative exterior features
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills
- Valid Driver's License and a reliable vehicle
- OSHA 10/30 Safety Certification
- CPO (Certified Pool/Spa Operator)
- Carpentry or Masonry Trade Certifications
- Electrical or Plumbing Apprentice/Journeyman licenses
