Job Description
Walton Arts Center/Walmart AMP is seeking an Assistant Food & Beverage Director to support the Director of F&B in overseeing food and beverage operations within the Walmart AMP and Walton Arts Center.
Requirements
- Direct oversite of the Food & Beverage Management Team
- Direct oversite of all AMP & WAC Food & Beverage facilities
- Direct oversite of the food and beverage payroll
- Assist the Director of Food and Beverage with capital budgeting and event budgets
- Recruit, train, and coach Food and Beverage staff
- Determine staffing needs for events and schedule staff accordingly
- Communicate company policy and ensure staff operate accordingly
- Monitor best practices for pours, recipes, and beverage standards
- Verify hygiene and cleanliness standards
- Resolve customer complaints
- Understand operating point of sale for both venues
- Assist with inventory and ordering supplies
- Cultivate good relationships with suppliers
- Maintain regular communication with staff and management
- Represent Walton Arts Center / Walmart AMP at events
- Perform related duties as assigned by supervisor
