Job Description
Join us at the Walmart AMP for the 2026 concert season as a Part Time Seasonal Bartender. Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages, providing exceptional customer service in a lively environment. Compensation: $100 flat rate plus tips for show days; $15/hr for non-show days.
Requirements
- Customer Service: Greet guests with a warm, friendly attitude and fulfill drink orders accurately and efficiently
- Inventory & Quality Management: Mix and serve beverages according to recipe standards and ensure product levels are maintained before, during, and after event
- Upselling: Promote specials, featured drinks, and upgrades to enhance the guest experience and boost revenue
- Safe & Responsible Service / Compliance: Follow all ABC and AMP alcohol service guidelines and protect company assets and maintain proper cash-handling practices
