Waltonen is seeking a highly organized Front Desk Clerk to support daily office operations and assist with basic accounting and financial administration.
Requirements
- Previous experience in reception or front office work or accounting support
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook, PowerPoint)
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy when handling financial data
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- High level of professionalism and ability to maintain confidentiality
