Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Advertising, Business, or a related field
- 3-6 years of experience in organic social strategy, content, or related roles
- Strong strategic thinking paired with hands-on execution
- Proven experience writing compelling, platform-specific social copy
- Deep understanding of social platforms, trends, and performance drivers
- Experience creating or directing short-form social content
- Ability to analyze performance data and turn insights into action
- Strong collaboration and communication skills across internal teams and clients
- Ability to manage multiple brands and priorities in a fast-paced environment
