Line Cook

The Line Cook will be responsible for preparing food items according to recipes, maintaining kitchen cleanliness, and assisting with food preparation on the serving line. This role requires adherence to food safety standards and following manufacturer’s instructions.

Requirements

• Prepares meats, seafood, vegetables, and other items according to recipes.
• Carefully follows standard recipes.
• Uses food preparation equipment as instructed.
• Cleans work station and returns unused food.
• Returns soiled utensils and small wares to proper storage.
• Assists with prep on the serving line.
• Follows safe food handling practices.
• Attends staff meetings.
