Job description
We are looking for an experienced Scrum Master to guide and support our Agile teams in delivering high-value, client-focused products. As a Scrum Master, you will be responsible for ensuring the effective implementation of Agile principles, fostering an environment of continuous improvement, and removing obstacles to keep our teams aligned and productive.
Act as a servant leader for the Agile team, facilitating Scrum ceremonies, coach the team in Agile practices, identify and remove obstacles, work closely with the Product Owner, and promote a collaborative team environment.
To be successful in this role, candidates should have proven experience as a Scrum Master, strong interpersonal and communication skills, ability to proactively identify and remove impediments, and experience using Agile tools like Jira, Asana, or similar.
