Lead Python Developer

Waracle is looking for a Lead Developer to join our digital technology consultancy, working on complex business and customer challenges, and empowering others through technical leadership and mentorship.

Requirements

• Backend Mastery: Expert-level proficiency in Python for building robust, scalable integration and backend services.
• Cloud Expertise: Deep experience in the AWS ecosystem (Lambda, EC2, S3, RDS) to design fault-tolerant systems.
• Architectural Insight: Proven ability to architect complex integrations between modern services and legacy systems.
• Mentorship Mindset: A passion for leading squads and mentoring engineers to foster a culture of technical excellence.
• DevOps & Automation: Hands-on expertise in establishing CI/CD pipelines and automated testing frameworks from scratch.
• Technical Versatility: Proficiency in an additional language like Java, C#, or TypeScript to support our evolving tech stack.
