We are looking for a Farm Operations Manager to join our team at Warakirri Cropping, an Australian owned and operated farming organisation. The successful candidate will have experience in broadacre cropping, excellent communication skills, and a strong focus on safety and work-life balance.

- Mentor and coach others
- Broadacre cropping experience
- Sound knowledge of growing dryland winter crops
- Experience in operating large-scale cropping plant and equipment
- High level of initiative and self-motivation
