We are seeking a Production Shift Manager to join our team at Warburtons Enfield Bakery. As a leader, you will drive excellence, innovation, and efficiency within our manufacturing operations. You will lead a team of dedicated individuals, oversee daily production activities, and contribute to our commitment to excellence in quality and safety.
Requirements
- Experience with Lean, Six Sigma and CI improvements
- Knowledge of SAP
- Previous experience of monitoring equipment and ensuring it’s compliant
- Understanding of site level planning activity
- Coaching and developing teams to achieve KPI’s and targets
