The role involves delivering commercial and residential land development projects from inception to completion, managing project budgets and teams, and guiding contract document development.
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering or related program
- A PE (Professional Engineering) license preferred
- 7+ year of experience working on Land Development projects
- Civil 3D skills
- Strong written and verbal skills including public speaking
