Requirements

• Meet with clients to develop ongoing relationships and determine clients' project goals
• Develop design options for site and buildings
• Coordinate with Project Managers and direct junior team members in documenting design
• Maintain design quality and intent from inception through construction
• Coordinate Interior Design team for spec buildings for cohesive design
• Understand project work plan/budget and meet expectations for hours and deliverables
