Concrete Finisher

Warfel Construction Company is seeking a skilled and reliable Concrete Finisher to work with concrete by placing, finishing, protecting and repairing concrete.

Requirements

• Ability to expertly pour, level, and smooth concrete on various surfaces
• Setting forms, patching existing surfaces, cutting expansion joints, and monitoring curing of concrete
• Cleaning and inspecting surfaces for pouring issues
• Directing casting of concrete with truck driver
• Monitoring effects of weather on curing process
• Applying sealing and hardening components
• Safely operating power vibrator
• Molding and constructing expansion joints
• Polishing surface using power surfacing machine
• Waterproofing, damp-proofing, and restoring concrete surfaces
• Installing anchor bolts, steel plates, and other fixtures in freshly poured concrete
