Manager, NRCS and Applications - Live Production Engineering

Welcome to Warner Bros. Discovery, the global leader in media and entertainment. The Manager, NRCS and Applications role is responsible for leading the Center of Excellence for live production engineering technologies that support storytellers and journalists around the world.

Requirements

• Leadership experience in systems engineering, automation technologies, AI, and secure enterprise IT practices
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills
• Proven experience in media, news, or sports environments (helpful but not required)
• Knowledge of NRCS (Newsroom Computer Systems), control room automation solutions, code development and deployment
• Ability to convey complex information clearly and effectively
• Four-year engineering degree or equivalent work experience in live production support
• 5+ years of experience in a media environment
