Requirements
- 15+ years of product management and/or platform leadership experience, with at least 5 years at the executive level.
- Proven track record of leading large-scale platform initiatives across editorial, innovation, and performance domains.
- Expertise in leveraging AI/ML technologies to drive efficiency, innovation, and customer value.
- Exceptional strategic thinking with the ability to define and execute transformative visions.
- Strong executive communication and influencing skills, with experience managing diverse stakeholders.
- Deep understanding of digital content ecosystems, experimentation frameworks, and performance optimization.
- Experience building and scaling high-performing teams in complex, matrixed organizations.
